Terms & Conditions

* The room allotted is for the use of the occupant (s) and his / her family only.
* The tariff is only for the room allotted to the occupant. Other services are available at extra cost.
* Food will be served on request against payment.
* check-in time 3.00 p.m. and Check-out time 2.00 p.m.
* The room rent is to be paid in advance at the time of allotment/ booking of the room.
* The occupants shall use all the services and facilities with utmost care and at their own risk and are advised to follow all the instructions exhibited at various places in the Guest house. The management shall not be responsible for any damages or injury due to the improper handling of its properties by the occupants, also is not responsible for any loss of valuable of the occupants at any point of time.
* Nothing shall constitute/create any tenancy or any other right or interest in the krishnendhu services or any portion or part thereof to any guest, resident or visitor.
* The occupants are bound to abide by the Acts, Laws, and the Government Rules and regulation in force from time to time.
* The management of krishnendhu Guruvayur reserves its right to add or amend any of the terms and condition at any time and in case of dispute interpretation of the terms and conditions by the management shall be final.
* Valid ID (Adhar/Driving License/Voters ID/EKM-KGM ID) Proof to be Produced at the time of check-in.
